Completing documentation, taking HR interviews, salary negotiation etc.
Reference Checking, Issuing offer Letter and continuous follow up until On-boarding.
Planning and execution of Off-Campus and On-Campus hiring for Fresher.
Monitoring QuadLabs Career site, posting new jobs & removal of closed jobs.
Building the database through References, Buddy Referral Scheme and Head Hunting.
Issuance of Offer letter, Appointment Letter.
Conducting exit interview process for resigned / terminated employees.
Retention of Employees.
Handling the various employee engagement activities.
Preparing MIS reports and sharing them with Management on monthly/quarterly/Yearly basis.
Should have done MBA HR from a reputed University.
Should have good Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
