Manage internal and external recruitment channels including direct sourcing.
Manage candidate selection process in order to assess the best applications and close profile with defined TAT.
She/he should be well versed in doing end to end recruitment.
Manage stakeholders & vendors.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and ability to work under Pressure.
Extensive experience in recruiting candidates across levels/departments(Bulk as well as support hiring).
Experience in managing recruitment assignments with a consultative and strategic approach and a high sense of quality, client service and results.
Ability to work within a multicultural and matrix environment.
Flexible to work in shifts.
