- Technical helpdesk experience of 6 Months to 4 years.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to evaluate and coordinate IT Service desk including servers support, backups, networking, desktop/laptop troubleshooting with various resolver group and client groups.
- Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Lotus Notes within a network environment).
- Experience in handling incidents, problem and change management using ITIL workflow.
- Provide support on the first line of help desk to the internal/external customers assisting users with hardware and software challenges via phone, email, fax within the time specified by the agreed service levels.
- Experience of using call logging software.
- We are looking for candidates who can join us by max 2-4 weeks.
- Experience in support areas of IT would be beneficial e.g. Operations Analyst, Customer Services, Service Desk.
- An ITIL qualification is preferable but not essential.
- MCP certification would be desirable .
